Directions

Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix.

In a wok, heat the sesame oil and vegetable oil.

Add the shrimp and cook for 1 minute per side.

Transfer to a plate. Add in the veggies, pineapple and toss for 3 minutes.

Add the spices and seasoning and sauce. Add the fried shrimp again.

Toss everything for 2 minutes. Serve with sesame seeds, scallions on top.
